exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de amostras de fumo, classificadas na posi\u00e7\u00e3o 2401 da Nomenclatura Comum do Mercosul (NCM), desde que a opera\u00e7\u00e3o seja realizada por estabelecimento autorizado a exportar o produto, nos termos do art. 347 do Decreto n\u00ba7.212, de 15 de junho de 2010;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VII \u2013 Animais da fauna silvestre;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VIII \u2013 Vegetais da flora silvestre;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IX \u2013 remessa internacional corresponder\u00e1 ao:<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I \u2013 Pre\u00e7o de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o, no caso de bens adquiridos no exterior pelo destinat\u00e1rio da remessa; ou<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">II \u2013 Valor declarado pelo remetente, no caso de bens recebidos do exterior pelo destinat\u00e1rio da remessa a t\u00edtulo n\u00e3o oneroso, incluindo brindes, amostras ou presentes, desde que o valor seja compat\u00edvel com os pre\u00e7os normalmente praticados na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de bens id\u00eanticos ou similares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\u00ba) Na determina\u00e7\u00e3o do valor aduaneiro, dever\u00e3o ser acrescidos aos valores mencionados nos incisos I e II do caput o custo do transporte e do seguro at\u00e9 o local de destino no pa\u00eds, exceto quando j\u00e1 estiverem inclu\u00eddos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2\u00ba) Quando n\u00e3o houver documenta\u00e7\u00e3o comprobat\u00f3ria do pre\u00e7o de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o, ou quando a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o ou a declara\u00e7\u00e3o apresentada contiver inexatid\u00e3o, o valor aduaneiro de cada bem integrante de remessa internacional ser\u00e1 determinado pela autoridade aduaneira, com base:<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I \u2013 No pre\u00e7o de bens id\u00eanticos ou similares, origin\u00e1rios ou procedentes do pa\u00eds de envio da remessa;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">II \u2013 Em valor constante de cat\u00e1logo ou lista de pre\u00e7os emitida por estabelecimento comercial ou industrial, no exterior ou por seu representante no pa\u00eds, divulgados em meio impresso ou eletr\u00f4nico; ou\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">III \u2013 Nos sistemas informatizados da RFB, dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os ou das entidades da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Federal, respons\u00e1veis por controles espec\u00edficos no com\u00e9rcio exterior.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" DISTRIBUI\u00c7\u00c3O LTDA, cumpre as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es que constam no artigo 12, incisos II a VI e X a XII da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00b0 1737\/17:<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">II &#8211; Manter arquivado, em meio f\u00edsico ou eletr\u00f4nico, para cada remessa transportada, os documentos indicados em ato administrativo emitido pela Coana, pelo prazo de 6 (seis) anos, contados da chegada ou envio da remessa;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">III &#8211; Orientar os remetentes e destinat\u00e1rios no Pa\u00eds sobre a sua obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de manter, em boa guarda e ordem, os documentos relativos \u00e0 exporta\u00e7\u00e3o ou importa\u00e7\u00e3o de remessa, nos termos estabelecidos pelo art. 70 da Lei n\u00ba 10.833, de 29 de dezembro de 2003, por meio de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o impressa em documentos vinculados \u00e0 remessa entregues aos remetentes ou destinat\u00e1rios, conforme o caso, ou divulgada no s\u00edtio da empresa na Internet;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IV &#8211; Divulgar expressamente, aos seus clientes, as restri\u00e7\u00f5es e condi\u00e7\u00f5es para a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das declara\u00e7\u00f5es aduaneiras e dos regimes de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1veis \u00e0 remessa expressa;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V &#8211; Adotar provid\u00eancias para prevenir a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o indevida do despacho aduaneiro de remessa expressa e o transporte ilegal de armas, muni\u00e7\u00f5es, entorpecentes, drogas e outros bens de importa\u00e7\u00e3o ou exporta\u00e7\u00e3o suspenso ou proibida, ou que violem direito de propriedade intelectual, tais como a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamentos para detec\u00e7\u00e3o dos referidos bens;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VI &#8211; Identifica As pessoas que entregam ou recebem remessas, seja no balc\u00e3o da empresa ou em ato de coleto ou entrega, mantendo registro do n\u00famero, tipo de documento e nome da pessoa;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">X &#8211; Dispor de s\u00edtio na Internet para o servi\u00e7o de atendimento ao cliente, servi\u00e7o de ouvidoria, e programa de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do atendimento;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">XI &#8211; Dispor de programa de conformidade com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aduaneira que inclua apura\u00e7\u00e3o regular de erros e apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da respectiva estrat\u00e9gia de saneamento;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">XII &#8211; Dar publicidade do prazo de guarda das remessas expressas de importa\u00e7\u00e3o no seu s\u00edtio na Internet.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><!-- close content main div --><\/div><\/div><div id='after_section_2'  class='main_color av_default_container_wrap container_wrap sidebar_right'  ><div class='container av-section-cont-open' ><div class='template-page
